Information to Keep in Mind

Types of Functions Accepted

  • Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Showers

  • Holiday parties

  • Meetings

  • Graduations

  • Adult birthday parties

  • Corporate functions

  • Music recitals & performances  

Types of Functions Not Accepted

  • Partisan agenda meetings 

  • Religious meetings

Fees

Fees are based on a 3-hour rental 

  • $200.00 for non-members 

  • $125.00 for Museum members and Non-Profit Organizations 

  • $25.00 for each additional hour past the first 3 hours 

  • $50.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit 

  • Piano rental available. Please inquire about fees

Restrictions

  • No smoking

  • No candles

  • No animals (except assistance dogs) 

  • No confetti

  • No tape on painted surfaces

  • Decorations, props, and invitations/marketing materials must be approved by Museum staff.

Museum Information 

The Lillian & Coleman Taube Museum of Art, formerly known as the Minot Art Gallery, is a public non-profit membership driven organization.  

Our purpose is to communicate that the arts are an integral part of the quality of North Dakota culture; and to educate the community through all forms of visual art.
